The upper level forms the main gathering space, with open plan living, dining, and a modern kitchen that opens onto wide decks facing the sea. This is a relaxed spot for breakfast in the sun, reading outdoors, or shared dinners as the light softens.
Two bedrooms are located on this level, including one with an ensuite, along with an additional guest toilet.
Downstairs, a second living and dining area provides extra space for families or groups wanting to spread out. Three further bedrooms are located on this level, including a second ensuite, along with the main bathroom.
